03 Booking & Studio Protocols
Cancellations
Sessions booked at our Cambridge studio require 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session credit.
Medical Readiness
Clients must complete an introductory intake form. ActiveBody Studio reserves the right to decline movement sessions if physical safety requirements are not met.
04 Professional Limitations
ActiveBody Studio focuses on movement restoration. Content regarding natural supplements for men, vitamins for men, or facial care is provided for informational context only. Nutritional recommendations regarding a face cream containing collagen and hyaluronic acid or a specific moisturizing cream for women are based on physiological bioavailability, not clinical prescriptions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or products, such as anti-aging cream or beauty and youth products, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
